Q: I just received my package recently, and looking at it now it’s starting to rust on the ends. Was it suppose to turn rust or no, and can I clean it?

You can use jewelry leaner but I would ask for a replacement

Not sure you want my answer. Chain was received in pieces not fixable. Cross received missing stones. Would suggest paying a bit more for better quality. I ended up buying another one
