DC Comics Deluxe Muscle Chest Superman Child's Costume, Medium

My little boy picked this outfit for Halloween and I was not too sure, as I have never bought a Halloween custom before. My husband & I cracked up laughing when we opened the package and saw the "ripped he-man" chest. My son was also tickled by the costume and couldn't wait to try it on and sport his Superman status. The quality was better than what you would pick up at a discount department store, but not something that you would be able to use for many years without probably having to mend over time and use. It served it's purpose and the cost was reasonably priced.

the costume itself seems very well made and really cute with the attached boots and separate belt. however, the "superman" red is very dark maroon. i bought this as a christmas gift for my 5 year old and will be returning it because i KNOW he will notice that it's not the correct color. if the colors don't matter to you, i highly recommend it. the seller shipped on time and it was packaged perfectly. no complaints there.

My son absolutely loves it. It fits him perfectly and I thought the price was a total steal. It was easy to put on, quality materials. I would definitely recommend this product for parents to buy their children.

Was a little tight around my son's neck. He said it gave him a choking feeling when the top velcro was done up. Other than that, it fit well and he loved it.

I got this costume in the size 8-10 for under $10 with 2 day shipping included. It is maroon not a bright red. Also, as others have mentioned it was high up and uncomfortable on the neck at the top. I ended up cutting about 1/4" off the hard rubber section under the seam and that made it much more comfortable (I stitched it back together but it could've just been cut off as the fabric is stuck to the hard rubber piece.) The boots are attached and this costume was a tad short, so the boots were riding up over feet, I ended up cutting those off too and re-sewing so they are separate. All in all, with a bit of adjusting it will work out just fine for the hour or so it is worn.

My daughter actually bought this costume for her son. He looked absolutely adorable in it & was true the costume, he ran all around the place the whole party, lol, with the cape flying in the air behind him. Thanks again for the speedy delivery. Everything came right on time before the party on that Sunday.. We will definitely order from amazon again anytime we need costumes and recommend your site to others also

my son was very uncomfortable in this costume. The "muscular chest" is not padded like most kid costumes that has muscles. However, the arms were a padded muscle which also makes you question why it wasnt echoed on the chest. The chest has a plastic chest that is adhered to the fabric that forms the muscles. When the costume is on it is boxy with abnormal appearance. The closures are thin velcro that will not adhere to one another without immediately popping open. One reviewer complained that the "reddish" color is was more brown I would have to agree. That color is repeated throughout the costume including the "S" on the chest which doesnt even have any shade of red to it. Like the Men on... segment on In Living Color said "HATED IT!" The seller's packaging was good and so was the delivery speed... no complaints in those areas alone.

My son was really excited to get this costume but after wearing it a few times doesn't want to put it on. For some reason the neck is really tight and the velcro doesn't stay closed so I have to use safety pins to keep it closed. It runs really long also.

Le costume est visiblement bien fait et semble de bonne facture...il y a des muscles, le "S" de superman est très en relief et plastifié , il y a de bons gros muscles texturés. Par contre, toutes les parties habituellement de couleur rouge vif sur le costume de Superman sont ici de couleur bordeaux foncé y compris la cape... Cela gâche tout le costume qui du coup n est pas vraiment clinquant et ressemblant à celui du VRAI superman... Du coup, me concernant et bien que le reste me semblait bien pour les raisons expliquées, je le retourne. Je vous conseille donc de ne pas acheter ce produit car vous serez très déçus de ce costume en raison de sa couleur

Ich habe dieses tolle Kostüm für meinen Sohnemann in der Größe 128 - 140 bestellt und ich muss sagen , er passte gerade so noch rein... Es ist ca. 1,34 m. Qualität super 👍und ich würde es dann das nächste mal einfach ein bisschen größer kaufen 😉

Le costume taille trop grand. De plus, les couleurs ne sont pas fidèles à superman. Le rouge tire sur le bordeau.
