Is the face on both sides?

Yes! They are absolutely Adorable! I still have one as a decoration in my son’s room. I don’t even know how it has lasted so long honestly. Both sides have the faces and same design so even I’d the wind moves then they still look great.

Is it 6.9 inches ? The images the balloons seem larger

I don't remember the measurements, but I do remember they were perfect and much enjoyed.
