First and foremost the gimmick is on point. Unfortunately, I’m unable to confirm if it is a truly accurate representation of breast milk as I haven’t had it since I was a baby. However, it has a sweet smell to it that reminds me of either almond or vanilla milk. I would assume that that is how it should be. The consistency of it is a little more viscous, similar to maple syrup but slippery. The lube on its own is what you’d expect however. Simple water based lubricant that requires reapplying due to its nature to dry up rather quickly.All in all, a well made lubricant with a gimmick that sticks and brings quite the interesting experience.

This stuff is super slippery and has a really nice sweet smell but it's not overpowering. It will get sticky after some time but just apply a little more and balance it out. Washing this stuff off may be a little difficult as it gets this slimy/slippery consistency to it before it comes off

Pretty good stuff one of the best lubes I used. Compared to the JAV ones that come in the same bottles ill say this one is better than the JAV clear lubes.

The bottle I received had a cracked lid and the seal was detached when I got it so 3 stars. Other than that the lube itself is pretty good, very slippery but gets sticky after a while. A little bit goes a long way.

omg i love this stuff. smells pretty nice too. it says "natural moisturizing blend" on the bottle [in japanese] so i assume it actually has lotion properties. also says "not a food" which i thought was pretty funny [also in japanese].it does a good job as a lube
