I've found the lights to be plenty bright enough for the work I do in smaller spaces where the lights are no more than about five to seven feet from the subject. The ability to change the temp of the lights has been very helpful when shooting in office spaces where fluorescent light casts a brutal white light. Also have found the remote easy and helpful to use. As for build quality, you get what you pay for - they aren't the most sturdy stands, but they are absolutely good enough. Just take good care of your equipment. I've had mine going on several months now and they've given me hours of consistent performance and have broken down and set up several times. Carry case is very helpful.

With the tv station I produce through closed during the pandemic a room in my house has become my studio. These lights are more than enough to light the room and some remote locations in a variety of conditions. The remote control takes some getting used to as the instructions are not in as good English or as complete as they could be but the rest of the package is a good buy. The tripods could be a bet more robust but they have served well so far. The carry bag is as good as you get with high end Manfroto equipment and seems made for long term professional use. Again a great buy for the price and great for those on location events where you don’t have studio facilities

The two-light system is perfect for indoors where lighting and space is limited. Ease of setup, and quick access to controls is a key performance factor in these lights. I recommend the lighting system for people who just starting out and for those with tons of experience.

Very impressed with the features, build quality, and light output of this kit, debating ordering a third light as that case is perfect to carry 3.

I’m a content creator and needed some lights for my home studio. These are great. Packaged well. Lots of settings to get the right hue you’re looking for. Tripods for the lights aren’t too big so they don’t take up too much space when set up. The carrying case is well-made. Exceeded my expectations for the money. I recommend.

use these for taking photographs of my wife's oil paintings. They work very well with good even light over a large area. Bright enough to use a small aperture and fast shutter speed for sharp images. Color rendition is excellent. The stands are light as expected so if used outside you will probably want to get some sandbags to prevent tip-overs, have only used indoors so this is speculation.

Cheaply made. It arrived broken while the packaging was great. Broken in two places and was not broken in shipping because it was wrapped well. I packed it back up and took it to UPS and returned it. The lights worked great but the stands were unusable.

Easy to setup and I’m using power cord for unlimited, set-piece use although batteries are also an option for mobile use. I like how one can pair the lights together or run them separately if you want different light settings between both. I may buy another set and the remote makes use a breeze. Highly recommended.
