I love this water botte and I take it everywhere with me. It does an excellent job of keeping my water nice and cold on a tropical island where it gets very hot and humid. It can sit in the sun on the beach all day and my water is still cold inside :). Unfortunately, I don't think that the case is really made to carry around the weight of the filled water bottle. I've ordered this twice (the second time because I needed a new case and it was on a lighting deal) and both times the straps for the case have ripped out of the neoprene. I really, really wish they would make the carrying case differently so it was able to support the weight of the water bottle filled. The fact that it had a case was one of the reasons I had ordered this specific water bottle.

I purchased the 32 oz black. I filled it half with ice then water and sipped from it at my AC'd office. Ice lasted 3 days! I use the straw cap, no spills with straw closed. A little big for carrying around but the case is awesome for that. I'll be using it camping this weekend so will see how that goes. Just barely does not fit in my car cup holder, which is a bummer.

We like your product but the cleaning brush is missing. That makes us think your product was used. Could you please send us the brush that was suppose to be with the bottle? The one that cleans the straw.

Love this bottle. Got the 35oz doesn’t really fit into the car cup holder. Keeps water cold! & doesn’t spill at all. Carrying case is very convenient. Straw has good suction as well.

Justo lo que esperaba, llegó en buen estado y ha conservado perfecto la temperatura hasta ahora, los cepillitos que trae caben perfecto para limpiarla súper bien y tiene muy buena calidad

Me encantó, mantiene el agua caliente por 24hrs y sella a la perfección, no derrama ni una gota. Me encanta que viene con sus utensilios para limpiar los popotes.
