Cost effective, and better packaging than constantly buying bottles of pills. I take 4 a day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening on an empty stomach. I have not had any major outbreaks since taking these in this dose.

Would not buy again the tablets are a size a horse would struggle to swallow - these were purchased for a 10 yr old.The size of the product was not evident on description. Tut tut
