Organic Dark Brown Sugar

Can’t say enough good things about this brown sugar. 99% of recipes that ask for sugar I will use this supposed to white unless it’s like a cobbler batter or something. The sugar is so wonderful and smells so good smells caramel almost. It’s even slightly moist like sticks together but not in a way that that’s problematic. You can just tell full of flavor by looking at it even. Not to mention it’s wonderful that it’s organic just gives all my desserts something extra. 10/10 recommend I cannot go back to normal brown sugar after this. It seems to lack flavor after tasting this kind.!! if you’re thinking about getting it you should just make sure you’re getting it at a decent price. Check store prices first.

I am so pleased with this Wholesome Organic light brown sugar! The texture is perfect, and the smell is delicious. It has just the right amount of moisture to it, so it's not hard at all and the color is perfect. The taste is rich and flavorful, making it impossible for me to ever go back to non-organic again. I have not the brand my mother bought for years, but I've gone organic on almost everything else in my pantry except the everyday staples I grew up with...until now. I threw out all the old stuff when I started ordering supplements for my Fire Cider and Kombucha. I thought why am I still using non-organic cane sugar, brown sugar, etc. I'm so pleased with switch. This Wholesome brand is my new brand. I can't think of a single negative to say about it.

My light brown sugar arrived dry as a bone! But the value lies in the quality of the sugar, not the inconvenience of rehydration time. If your brown sugar arrives dried out, simply put it in a gallon bag with a piece of bread and set it on the counter overnight. It'll be softened and usable by morning. I have clay bread warmer pucks, so I just boil one, dry it off, and use that in place of the bread.

Best I've ever had,so moist, it rolls out of the bag instead of pouring. Makes yummy carmel.,but expensive.

Great flavor! Moist and heavy with molasses. Kicks everything up a notch, from baked goods to oatmeal. So much tastier than C&H. One drawback is the bag though. It does a great job keeping everything fresh, but is annoying to use and to try to keep sugar below the closure line, so the first thing I do is transfer everything to a quart canning jar. Easier to scoop.
