Great switch for a small to medium business
I have bought a couple of these to support several of my customers small offices and they worked great. The firmware/OS they come with was severely outdated so I grabbed the update from Cisco for these (note you have to TFTP to the switch the GUI interface does not work). These are not really Cisco they are NetGear (I believe) just rebranded with Cisco logos on theme but they work great. I suggest upgrading them and make sure you wipe the switch and set it back to factory default before you configure them and start using it.

No issues with refurb
we have a number of these, both new and refurb. When we received these 3 switches - they were still in the original cisco re-manufactured box - so they weren't really refurbs - more than likely failed QA & got rebuilt - but can't sell them as new anymore. Everything is fully functional and had original materials in the box

Easy and performant
Installation with no effort in a few minutes, interface easy to use and with many option. Tried to use Vlan but didn't succeded yet but it's probably a lack of knowledge on my part. But finally our lan data exchange is faster then the old 100mbit
