2015 Lexus all wheel drive required to use all toyota gear oils ?

Genuine Toyota gear oil is not required, but is recommended. The only gear oil I use in my 2017 Tacoma is the genuine Toyota gear oil.

Is this oil conventional or synthetic?

Synthetic don't buy the cheaper stuff or you can run into big problems

No, Toyota makes a separate gear oil for differentials with LSD.

How many quarts differential fluids fill up front and rear for tacoma 2016?

Buy 4 qts. It takes like 3.3 qts, but for a search on the web and it will tell you the right amount.
