Exceeded Very High Expectations
I got this book shortly after its release and it exceeded my highest expectations. I knew the content would be good, but the art reproduction itself within it is also terrific -- something that is not always easy when translating art to printed pieces. Moreover, the interesting and engaging way the information is both articulated and laid out graphically makes this a very captivating read. Whether you want to learn how to draw or just want to see what separates truly extraordinary talent from all the rest, this book is a must-have.

The book is great for beginners to illustration
The book is great for beginners to illustration, as well as people with intermediate skills in illustration, i learnt so many tips from this book, Jennifer lilya revealed several tips and tricks to make your fashion figures look alive, outstanding and eyecatching! this tips are rarely seen in so many fashion illustration books. She focused more on the use of watercolour, although i am currently learning marker rendering, i was still able to learn so much! This book is a must buy for anyone interested in drawing outstanding fashion figures.

My review is for the kindle version. To be honest, this is the type of illustration book that I should be buying in paper. I think I will buy this on paper in the future. The images look too small in the kindle app. But is because of the way it was formatted, I believe. This book title deliver what it promises. It is about illustration art, and how to draw fun illustrations. The illustrations are fun and whimsical fashion sketches.

Perfect book for beginning painters!
I bought this for my granddaughter's 11th birthday. I read it through before giving it to her and loved it! It has lots of tips and instructions for painting people and clothes. She was excited to get it and looks forward to using it with the acrylics, brushes and ink I got along with it!

A must-have for fashion and watercolor artists!
I love this book! I've bought many drawing and paint reference books over the years but I really connected with this one. The author did a wonder job keeping the reader engaged, the step-by-steps are good, and the art itself is so pretty :) I feel so creative--I can't turn it off!

Resource for someone interested in fashion design drawing
Nicely done and illustrated. Hesitating between 3 and 4. stars. The fashion industry as a whole makes me a little nervous (I have two daughters) for multiple reasons, but my daughter seems to like it a lot. There are multiple subjects covered that contribute to knowledge of presentation.

Draw with character and style
I am beginner level, drawing as a hobby. This book is very good for ideas and reference on how to draw with character and style. The colours for mixing skin tones watercolour are shown which I found very useful. I am yet to go through it all thoroughly but so pleased with quick first view.

Questo libro e' semplicemente meraviglioso! E' pieno di idee e tecniche per imparare a disegnare i figurini di moda! L'autrice utilizza i colori acrilici, ma a mio parere le tecniche possono essere prese come spunto e personalizzate. Lo consiglio!
