(Preferred method). Deep Fryer: Deep fry at 350 degrees F for 1-1/2 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Let stand one minute before serving. Microwave: Arrange Mozzarella Sticks in a Spoke-Like pattern on a microwavable plate. Place in microwave oven. Turn halfway through heating. Let stand one minute before serving. 4-9 sticks: 35-55 seconds on high. 10 or more sticks: 1 minute on high. Let Macabee Mozzarella Sticks cool slightly before eating.
