Easy install, works well.

I will say the fiancé is happy with this purchase as well guests. The fact it is ADA compliant makes it a god send when renting Air bnb to meet requirements. It has the perfect height for those with sit/stand issues. 20-minute installation and was ready for a try, literally lol. In all seriousness the flush valve is tight, the ergo foot pedal to flush, sanitary and all in all a well-rounded product. Do pay attention to the rear water connection as you should have a good 4 inches away from the wall as to not put tension on the line and mounting.

In my Airstream Trailer, I needed a new toilet due to the valve stopped holding water, which bothers me, as it is the second one and such a "silly" thing to go bad. The basic purpose of the entire fixture is to hold water for sanitary/safety purpose, yet its the first thing to do bad. The rest of the fixture was fine. So much for the old. This fixture satisfied two issues for me: a new, the newest model that looks as if they are aware of the issues on old models; and the need to look at a higher seat, i.e., the ADA standard to toilets. My knees are bad right now, and having this seat higher is "blessing" and a welcomed improvement, for everyone. The fixture is a tad "flimsy" that the professional installed felt was a mistake, and maybe in the long run, it might be proven right, but I believe that this was the perfect purchase and the flexibility is not an issue, as it IS an RV and not my home. There might be more expensive fixtures, but I am glad I went in this direction.

I bought this to replace a 30 year old Aqua-Magic V which had a flush handle, because it does accept a standard toilet seat that bolts on rather then a seat that clipping in like Thetford's other models (anything else I could find for replacement that took a standard seat was almost 5Xs the price, & porcelain which would have been heavier & thus harder t install ). At the time I purchased it, I was worried that the foot pedal might be more apt to break then the handle, & now that I've put it in (It was Very easy to install by the way.), I'm even more worried. I have a Very small bathroom (as do most RVs), & the foot pedal is in such a position that I could easily see me or someone else losing balance & breaking it. + Side: Affordable, Easy install, accepts standard seat, the ball seal does a better job then the blade seal on the Aqua-Magic V, so it should keep odors out better. -Side: If your balance isn't always great, lifting foot & using it to flush is a bit awkward, & might end up causing you to fall, injuring yourself, or breaking the foot pedal. Overall: Considering how long the Aqua-Magic V lasted, I expect to get years of use out of this, but I'll probably use my hand to push the pedal most of the time, just to be safe... Only time will tell how well this holds up, without needing to replace parts due to accidents with the pedal.

I installed this toilet with the Thetford 24967 Riser. The height is nice. The seat is much more comfy than our old one. The area below the flush valve is a nice straight easy to clean tube, not a cavernous opening that will collect foul smelling debris. The flush is easy to operate, and the seat has soft close, so it doesn't smack down. I like this RV toilet. It is super light and seems sturdy enough. Install was straight forward.

Works well until it doesn't. We had a heavier ca. 250lbs guest and that kind of bent the ribs under the seat... still usable, not made for that, I get it, so that one's on us but then after 11 months of use the plastic pin that connects the pedal to the waste ball broke from a normal press. Cheap plastic. There's no warranty information here on Amazon, on the Thetford website it says I have to go through a dealer. No, thanks.

Works great. This is nice and sturdy too, I can tell it will last a long time!

This toilet went in a 2008 Montana. Very easy install. I'm happy the foot flush mount is on the right side as I am right footed. The base seems a bit wobbly because it is all plastic, our previous one was porcelain, and not as wide as some come but it will do the trick. It has a soft close lid which isn't in the ad, so that was a nice surprise. No more loud slamming lids in the middle of the night. The bowl holds a bit of water after flushing very well, no leaking.

Works fine
