What’s the input voltage?

It has multiple inputs, 120v, 208v and 240v

Does this make a buzzing sound? my current one (be15840gdd with the same specs) is very loud and i am looking to replace it.

Mine doesn’t buzz. After time old transformer windings can loosen up an make a buzzing sound. If a new transformer buzzes it may be an indication that your load is drawing to much current which is over loading the transformer.

Can I use it to power a thermostat?

I think it works, but you should check the voltage requirements of your thermostat firstly, consult with a electrician if necessary.
