According to the person to whom this knife was given, it is the best knife he has ever owned and he uses it every day. It is easy to keep sharp and he is well pleased and so are we.

Buyer be aware this is not a Forschner, you will get a Victornox
Disappointed, the brand marked on the knife is Victornox not Forschner. Picture is deceptive, one should be able to get exactly posted by ad. One star because I paid for a Forschner not Victornox.

Forschner/Victorinox knife
I asked a butcher at an upscale grocery store which knives he uses. He didn't hesitate - he said, "Forschner." He has been a butcher for 15 years and swore he wouldn't use anything else! Now that I own Forschner knives, I know why!
