How can I hide these in a cake without melting them

It's been a few months since you asked, but for anyone else out there trying to make their little king cakes, i'd bake it, flip it over and stuff the baby in headfirst. then flip it right side up and ice it or what have you. I wouldnt recommend baking these AT ALL because they melt very easily.
