I use these for more than just tea making. I use them as seasoning bags and they work just as fine. Given that you get 100 while most seasoning bags on here give you less for more, it is quite budget friendly. No part of the bags are plastic, so you can throw them away knowing that they will break down properly within your lifetime. This also eases my worry of introducing plastics into my food via them, though they come in a plastic clear bag. As for tea making, they steep slow enough that I can use one bag for a week before needing to replace them, just replace the water. I tend to do cold steeping, while my relative prefers hot. I do not have any experience with the tea leaves leaking out, so the experience is smooth. Easy to use, easy to dispose of.

Great bags. Microplastic free. Don’t rip. Use them everyday. Cheap. What more do you want.

Love these tea bags! I use them almost every day and go through them so quickly I have a subscription to keep my stash replenished. They’re sturdy, easy to open and fill with loose leaf tea, and are not so thick that the tea can’t steep properly.

These work well and I like that I can compost them. They would work better for my uses if the bags were a little smaller but are perfect for a tea pot. I use them in a cup of tea so they are a little big but still work fine. They only thing I didn't like is that they are packaged in plastic. Why? And I mean a lot of plastic. Two individual plastic pouches that are then in another plastic pouch. Kinda silly when your title is about a biodegradable product. Make the packaging biodegradable too.

Great price for the product. Easy to use and fill, hardly any breakage. The filtration is great and creates nicely steeped tea. Would repurchase!

I don't leave many reviews. And I'm somewhat of a loose leaf tea snob. Yet, I'd say that the tea quality comes out about just as good as when I steep my loose leaf tea in a french press or a tea pot! You probably won't find better quality bags here on Amazon. If perfect french press tea comes out 100% the way I like consistently, then I'd say these bags give me about 99.5% of that same quality. The missing 0.5% is negligible, and practically unnoticable. I love that the bags are nice and thin so that the flavor extracts perfectly from the tea leaves. Yes, the bags are very delicate, but as long as you handle them with care then that shouldn't tear. Don't be too careless or rough when handling the bags. I was able to reuse the same bag for a 2nd steep of loose leaf green tea. But you have to be extra careful on additional steeps because the bags will obviously be more fragile when they're wet. But they're definitely reusable if you're careful. The flavor was just as good on the second steep (which saves money on bags and on tea!) Can't say enough good things about these bags. I love that they aren't made out of plastics and that they're not bleached. Whatever material they're made out of works great and is natural (wood?) I'll definitely be buying more of these bags in the future. They're pretty handy for when I'm on the go, and I don't have time to bust out my full tea making setup (i.e., electric kettle, french press, tea pots, etc.)

I drink tea every day. Some of that is loose leaf tea. I've had many of the reusable metal filters over the years. They work okay, but can be a hassle sometimes. These are quick and easy. I've used them for cold and hot brewed tea. The opening is big enough for me to dump tea in or scoop it in with a tsp or tbsp sized scoop. They work great. I don't even tie a knot to keep it tight after I add the tea. I just tighten it down and I still never get loose tea in my cup. They're natural enough for me to put them in my compost when I'm done. I just now ordered more and saw that I last bought them almost a year ago! I swear there's more than 100 in there! I did wonder when I'd run out, they seemed endless. I highly recommend!

Didn't work and weird taste

Arrived, finally. Didn't realize where they were shipping from, I may not have ordered them had I been more aware. But, they work fine, and do the job.
