The Hunchback of Notre Dame

Can't believe it's taken so long for me to add this to my collection. Love the arrangements.

Fantastic arrangements which have everything the songs from the movie have, but all in the piano parts! Challenged my sight-reading well, while being powerful and evocative playing thereafter. I wish all movie piano/vocal books were as complete and original as these are!

The arrangements in this book are excellent, and the composers did not skimp on the versions that are very true to the movie. My favorite piece to play in the entire book is "God Help the Outcasts."The Bells of Notre Dame arrangement is 16 pages, but sounds awesome.Has a great version of "Someday."Intermediate songs.

My daughter loves Disney movies and loves to play the songs on her piano. This is her favorite book! I would say it is for intermediate piano players, not beginners. It also contains the guitar chords. The pages are of a very high quality, and the book contains beautiful colorful pictures from movie scenes.

It's great, has all of the major songs. It's best for an intermediate player, not the hardest thing I've ever played but not beginner level either. Definitely recommended for anyone who likes the music from the film.

I find it very frustrating when Disney does an anthology and 'white washes' the songs that make the movie so iconic. This book keeps all the original lyrics and has beautiful stills from the talented animators included.

I don't know where this was printed, but it did not look like the normal songbook quality. Does Amazon print the books themselves? Is there such a thing as bootleg sheet music? I saw someone suggest it for a different book that I also ordered from Amazon—and also seemed suspect...Anyway, the cover of this product seemed to suggest it's authentic Hal Leonard, but the paper was thin enough I could see through it, the pages curled up, and there were lines on the color printing. The color pages often weren't lined up correctly, and there was a thin white border along some of the edges. There was no shine whatsoever to the color images. It looked like it was printed on someone's home inkjet printer. It looked like the ink would bleed if water got on it, but I decided to return it and didn't want to damage it, so I didn't test it out.As for the content, design, and layout of the book, it looked great. The music looked like it would have been a fun challenge (I didn't get to play it, but read through a song or two). But, as this and the other songbook I ordered at the same time (Fellowship of the Ring) were both suspiciously bad print jobs, I returned them.

Das Notenbuch war ein Geschenk. Inhaltlich und optisch entspricht es den Beschreibungen. Das Cover des Buches war leider etwas beschädigt. Dafür ein Stern Abzug.

My daughter has really enjoyed playing all of the songs. They have beautiful illistrated pictures from the movie as well. Pages are sturdy, almost like a card stock which my daughter appriciates when she is carting the book back and forth to practice. She LOVED having this book.

I bought this for my 18 year old daughter for Christmas, and when she opened it up and started crying, I knew I had done good!! She loves this movie, and the soundtrack even more and had no idea this book existed. The songs are challenging enough for her, which makes them all the more beautiful once they're mastered.

譜読みはそれほどでもありませんが、弾きにくいところもありので要練習です。（その、弾きにくいところが特に素敵なメロディーだったりするのですが）とにかく、曲素晴らしいので、「弾けるようになりたい！！」という気持ちのみで頑張って練習しました。9-12歳からとありますが、普通のその年齢の子どもには無理かと。よほど才能があり、ピアニストを目指して幼少からがっつり稽古をさせられている子は別ですが。
