I’m genuinely impressed with this biotin shampoo and conditioner set. After finishing one full bottle of both, my hair looks and feels so much thicker and more luscious than before. I have naturally flat, medium-textured hair, and this formula gave it a noticeable boost in volume and body without weighing it down. The shampoo cleans really well but still feels gentle and moisturizing, which I love because it’s sulfate-free and color safe. My hair is dyed, and I’ve had no issues with fading or dryness. The effect on my fine, flat, thinnish hair was encouraging (soft and bodified) and for the price, I understand how it gets so many high ratings. But a few factors will keep me from buying again: 1. I do not understand people raving about the scent - no shade on mature ladies, but this reminded me of a perfume worn by a woman born in the '30s. 2. The shampoo does not lather, leading me to pour 2-3x what I would otherwise use into my palm. I went through the bottle rapidly. 3. The shape of the lid makes it difficult to shelve the bottles upside down to get those last 15 washes out of it. For these reasons, I will return to my standby Nexxus Diametress or Hy-Volume - more expensive, but lasts longer, smells nice, and keeps my hair light and fluffy.

Has helped improve growth and with the breakage I was experiencing. Smells great as well!

I bought then Bec I had seen some good reviews. But I didn’t like the product much . It leaves my hair very dry . Even the conditioner doesn’t seem to give the smooth and shiny after feel that you would want. Will definitely be not buying them again.
