Leaky cap
The leak proof rubber ring (Gasket) comes off very frequently while opening cap (no matter how tight you fix it). So water spills. It's disappointing. I experienced this after 10 days ( replacement time was over)

Product not worth
Hot water or any other substance doesnt withstand more than 4 hours. Lid has rubber ribbon become loose everytime when open cap.Product not worth and doesnt fit for its role

Poor quality
On the day of receiving, the lid was getting hot after pouring hot water. so insulation of lid is not good. but body of the flask was ok. On 11th day, i.e., the day after return period was over, flask was not retaining heat of hot water not even for 1 hour. So called the service centre and booked a complaint for repair or replacement. They said some body will contact me in a week's time... today morning, service sent a sms whether they should cancel my complaint...what a pathetic condition.. cancelling service call even without attending..worst piece of flask i got... will review this after getting it repaired or replaced
