Rimmel London BB Cream, Light

I used to love this bb cream. Light formula with great coverage but the new tube I bought doesn’t live up to my past experiences. It is a thin, watery, fluid that doesn’t cover at all. It does blend with skin coloring well but is too sheer to even out tone or cover any discoloration from pink to brown. Very disappointed.

I got this at Walmart andthis is the only BB cream that I can find light enough for my skin and has good coverage for a BB cream.

Nothing like their old bb cream formula. You can barely tell that you’re wearing it and it reeks of sunscreen! Honestly so sad that they don’t make it like they used to...

This is not like any BB cream I've ever had it's very pasty in texture. I have used other BB creams from this brand and have not had this texture.

I recently switched from foundation to BB cream as I suddenly realised what a waste it was putting full coverage foundation over my clear, still *relatively* youthful skin.This Rimmel BB cream is great: it has enough coverage to even out my skintone, but looks very natural once blended in and gives a nice dewy look. I have a pale complexion (usually buy foundations in shades with names like 'creamy ivory', with a peachy tone rather than rosy) and bought the 'Light' shade. As BB creams come in far fewer shades than foundations this looked very dark to me when it came out of the tube but it once blended in, it matched perfectly. Rimmel do a 'very light' shade as well but that is VERY pale. However as my skin gets paler in winter when there's no sun around I sometimes mix the 'light' with the 'very light' and that's a perfect shade for my sun-deprived skin.When I initially started using this I blended with a sponge, but I now find blending with my fingers works better. Obviously best to wash your hands before doing this.The description claims that it will minimise pores, and while that's true of the small pores over most of my face, I have larger pores on my nose and so still use a pore-minimising primer on my nose underneath the BB cream. That's the only reason I rated this 4 stars rather than 5.

This is a great product, perfect colour matching , light on skin for hot summer days & with SPF protection. By far best BB cream tried at such a good price too

Great product. The consistancy has changed from being runny to creamy. It goes on better than the previous one.Great coverage,stays on and skin is soft and protected from UV rays.

Nice light foundation for use in summer during the day & good price & arrived quickly. Very pleased with purchase.
