Well made clippers, nice and solid, really wide jaws ideal for those tough toe nails and super-sharp too. Easy to use and great results, best clippers I’ve ever used, wish I’d bought them a long time ago.

I cannot rate this product highly enough. I have two horn like, little toe, toenails...and these are excellent! They ope wide and are very sharp...so you need to be precise in how much you want to cut. I can highly recommend them. Sturdy in design. Easy to clean and all round the best clippers I have.

This product is well made and robust and they look like someone has spent some time on the design. The spring to use the clippers is magnetic and holds in place when not using them, they open very wide and cut well. But be aware that the blades are very sharp which is needed for cutting through tough nails. Easy to keep clean and store as they stay closed when not using them

I'm very glad I bought these because they are fantastic to use on really thick nails. However, they are very sharp and very effective and should be used cautiously and very carefully. To be fair to the manufacturer's though they do put a warning on to that effect.

Great for toes

Bought these as a last resort because I had been struggling with other clippers. As you get older your toe nails get harder to cut so these were a godsend. I use them before I shower or after, the same results are achieved. Good value for money and would highly recommend them.

So on reading the many positive reviews I came across one that said "I can even do my dogs nails!" Ok I thought let's see if they can do my dogs nails..... Excitedly I opened the parcel & was impressed.... They feel sturdy & easy to use .... So I started on one of our pups nails no problem not that I thought they'd be on youngsters nails but it got me used to using them, which was extremely easy. So onto our big dogs thick black overthrow nails that unfortunately have grown to long because of not finding a pair of nippers to cope with them..... To my astonishment these nippers really easily cut through the black talons!! After looking & trying so many different types of nippers over many years, even on occasion going to professional groomers & even the vet, at last I've got a set of nippers that actually work & keep on working as I've waited a few months to write this review plus I don't write many reviews but there's deserves their 5 stars!! Thank you

Absolutely excellent clippers. Very simple and easy to use. I struggle to bend enough to get close to my feet, and have quite hard thick toenails. These have a slightly wider than normal ‘gape’ which makes access to the nail easier and are incredibly sharp, cutting through at first go. I would recommend 100%

Dies ist die erste gute Nagelzange, die auch dicke Nägel mit geringem Kraftaufwand schneidet. Wer vorsichtig ist, kann die Nägel auch extrem kurz schneiden. Lange nach so etwas gesucht und jetzt nach Jahren endlich fündig geworden. Brauche nun nicht mehr weiter zu suchen!

When I first received the Kohm nail clippers, I was initially shocked by how much larger they are when compared to my older, much smaller, nail clippers. I first thought these were suited for use only on the toe talons. I was wrong. The cutting edge, while large, is very sharp and precision ground. They are extremely sharp and align perfectly. I found the larger size to be a plus after using them a few times, as they provide a much better grip, allowing for better cutting control. The fit and finish on them is flawless, truly pleasing on the eye and quality made. The fold down spring clip allows for flat and easy storage. They require no real effort to use on the heavier toe. I expect these to last for many years.

My toenails are really thick as I'm sixty two , but I persevered with ordinary , store bought , generic nail clippers you can get virtually anywhere until I stubbed my big toe on a slightly elevated concrete slab . We all know what that feels like , right ? You stub it so hard that it doesn't hurt straight away but when the pain comes it comes in a big wave . It lasted about ten minutes until it eventually subsided . The toenail turned black a few days later but it didn't fall off and another one grew underneath , so I was left with trying to trim two toenails a little over a millimetre thick and the store bought clippers couldn't handle it . These Kohn STEEL clippers went through the nail like a hot knife through butter . Thoroughly recommend . Far superior to anything I've used in the past .

These are my favorite nail clippers! They stay sharp and easily cut through thick or long nails, making the process much quicker than with any typical clippers I’ve used in the past. The construction feels very high quality, so I’m confident they’ll hold up well over time. Cleaning them is easy, and I recommend following the instructions provided—using isopropyl alcohol works perfectly. One thing to note is that there’s a bit of a learning curve because these clippers cut closer than standard ones. It’s just something to get used to. They’re easy to hold thanks to their larger size, but the lever does go up quite high during use, which can be a bit straining over time. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and would recommend these clippers to anyone looking for a durable, sharp, and effective tool!
