why do wax pellets have chem or smoke smell.

Maybe the SELLER or BEEKEEPER could use a 'different wood' in the smoke pot to calm the bees when the collect the honey and wax??? Hello Seller?? What do you think? There is nowhere on the bag that mentions where it comes from. I have used this product for several DIY projects and have been pleased with the outcome.

Probably, however the product has a very strong, very unpleasant odor. This would then be transferred to your wooden utensils and could affect the odors of your food.
