As long as you don't use the sleeve it's good
The sleeve blocks out a lot of the cold. For cold it works fine but heat not so good, I lost one pack to the microwave and used the 2nd pack only for cold. It's good, provides relief and is nice and easy to use. Just not durable.

Nice product. Plastic used is thick and durable, doesn't deteriorate in heat or cold. It retains heat for upto 15-20 minutes. Stays a little warm till 30 minutes.Almost same for when using as cold compress. Pouch is decent. Takes time to cool if using as cold compress. Overall good product.

It was a great purchase .
Life saver product. My father faced an accident and he had injured and doctor tell me use ice pack this was best. The cloth with the pack can also he washed and gel can be used many time.
