St-Rémy XO French Brandy Gift, 70 cl

I love this brandy I think it is very smooth and a great taste and I give it 7 stars or more, my family and friends tried this and now they buy it too, I would buy this St-Remy XO rather than the stupidly over priced famous brands it's that good and in many cases better, try it I don't think anyone would be disappointed if you like a real quality Brandy.

I generally purchase cognac. So I decided to purchase this to see what it was like. Very surprised that it is so good and in our opinion matches a lot of the more expensive cognac. I shall certainly be buying more of this in the future. Far better value.

Good Brandy for the price would buy again

This brandy doesn't have the grandeur of an XO deriving from Cognac or Armagnac, but St. Remy XO at the bargain price of £18.99 (70cL) is an excellent dram. A modest fruity nose. Smooth with a hint of creaminess on the way down; vanilla and dried fruit. The dark glass bottle is most devious - I don't know when to stop! Delivered only 15 minutes outwith the target range (1200-1400h) by "Amazon Logistics", my first experience of this "carrier" delivering an alcoholic product. The most interrogative in my experience and you 'must' be present to accept delivery. No allowance is made for "local knowledge" as Royal Mail may allow for if you happen to be out. So, living on my own and a widower, I missed my lunchtime walk with daughter and granddaughter and the dogs - but I received my brandy! And it was a bitterly cold day, so the inner warmth generated by the afternoon tipple made up for it. In accord with the hint given by Amazon for reviewing - I used this product for drinking! I recommend St. Remy at this price.
