However, I was really disappointed with the packaging. The box was damaged and poorly packed, which created a very bad first impression. I hope you improve this in the future because the shoes themselves are excellent, but the packaging quality did 😡😡 not match the product quality at all.

This policy feels completely unreasonable for a footwear brand. Customers do not wear new shoes continuously for 30 days just to test durability. A good pair of shoes should last much longer with occasional use, and the brand should stand behind its product quality beyond such a short timeframe. I shared photos as evidence, but instead of reviewing the issue based on actual condition and usage, the response was limited to quoting policy terms. This approach shows a lack of customer focus and accountability toward product quality. Overall, this experience has significantly reduced my trust in the brand. Based on the quality and the way my concern was handled, I would not recommend purchasing from them.
