Great mic - Recommended
Very clean mic. I've just used it once. We covered a U.S. Navy ship homecoming and this was a great interview mic on a noisy pier. It picked up the close voices, but rejected most of the surrounding conversations. We adapted the XLR to TRS and plugged it into the Rode Filmmaker transmitter - it was very clean. I've also tested it directly into my UX180 XLR input and that sounded about the same as going through the Rode wireless - both excellent. It's a nice hefty, grip-able feel in the hand. The build quality is professional. I recommend this mic.
