Blue Diamond Cube Crystal Car Rear View Mirror Charms, Bling Car Accessories, Sun Catcher Hanging Ornament w/Chain, Car Charm & Home Decor Ornament (Blue)

This is a nice touch of bling for my wife's new car, and we were both pleasantly surprised at how heavy and nicely made the cube and crystal are (that heft in weight also helped to explain why other reviewers had claimed that their chain broke!). So I suggested to my wife that we try using a ribbon instead of the chain for three reasons (it's actually more like four reasons, but I'll explain later):1). We could get it in blue to match the blue crystal (that was a nice touch BTW!).2). The ribbon wouldn't scratch the rear view mirror arm like the metal chain would.3). The ribbon wouldn't break (we would just need to keep an eye on it and replace it at any signs of wear).Well, the ribbon worked out great and gave the charm an added nice touch. However, as I drove around, I noticed that the pendant would swing around when cornering, especially under heavy braking, which concerned me. I decided to really hit the brakes hard to see what would happen, well sure enough, the pendant came perilously close to hitting the windshield! And because of that added heft, my fear was that if/when the brakes got slammed really hard, the pendant would more than likely hit the windshield and damage it! So that brings us to reason number four:4). The ribbon could be adjusted in height to find a "sweet spot" length!Enjoy!

This accessory is amazing! It’s true to appearance, durability and quality. The chain is the perfect length and wasn’t broken at all. It’s absolutely lovely, can’t stop watching it when it’s hit by the sun!

Just got a shiny bright blue new car. I just love this because it matched, it was cute, and not too girly. I am a pizza delivery driver and after the third day driving, hitting a pothole caused it my new car accessory to break. Hopefully my husband can fix it. Even though it's durability wasn't strong enough for a pothole, I'd say it was still worth the price and held its value.

Oh so beautiful, especially once kissed by the sun. The chain is very dainty and arrived broken but I managed to repair it and it hangs nicely.
