This is my favorite lip product; I have been using these for several years. I wish there were more variations of color and that the lipgloss and had a felt tip lip liner instead. Overall, though I love this stuff and I’ve tried so many products that are much more expensive department store brands, boutique brands, and the stuff just seems to be practical and consistent and good quality. I’ve tried so many different kinds of long wearing lipstick alternative products: glosses, stains, tints, felt tips, liners, long wearing lipsticks. I prefer this better than very similar long, wearing 12 or 24 hour liquid lipstick products from the major drugstore grade cosmetic companies that start with an R, L or M. This stuff seems to have a nice true tone without looking obnoxious against fair skin. It is long wearing. It is reasonably priced. It is not fragrancy or irritating and it doesn’t come off until I want to. The tubes last a long time too I will use them once a day and they still last me for several months are up to a year depending I do put the product on very lightly. I scrape off most of the liquid back into the container so the sponge has a very light application on the tip. I can always add more. I start at the top of the lip and sweep downward so that I get a nice lip line. I feel that I get a natural look with this product. I generally skipped the gloss completely. I don’t personally like the flavor texture or feel of most glosses and feel that they rub off too much. I prefer a matte look. The lip color itself has a soft semi sheer effect that doesn’t dry out my lips. The glasses is fine. I just don’t personally like lip gloss and so I generally skip it. This is by far my favorite lip product and I like this color a lot. It looks like it would be obnoxiously pink or overly dark, but it’s actually quite pretty on and blends into my natural skin color pretty well. I do wish there was more of a range of apricot brownish, red and pinkish red tones. This is a go to. I keep one in my desk one in my car, one in my purse and bathrooms including work. They are just handy for a quick brightening look

I recommend this lipstick to all my friends. Do not hesitate to add it to your cart, you will not be disappointed! You do not need to spend more to get a great feeling, long-lasting lipstick. This lipstick lasts longer and better than any I have ever tried, and I have tried a lot of different kinds. Even much more expensive brands do not last as long as Rimmel Provocalips does. One end is the color (Step 1) and the other end is a gloss you can wear over top (Step 2). It is not bad wearing just the color alone, but I do not like my lips to feel dry, so I usually use the gloss as a topcoat. Without the gloss, the lipstick dries to a matte finish. It does not feel like it is going to crack off though as some similar products do and it does not crack or flake. Step 2 is not a super-shiny gloss, more of a lip balm. I like the feel. It is not a gooey gloss but is not so light that it comes off right away. The gloss does not last through a meal, but the color does. The color holds up to eating, drinking, and kissing. Some really greasy food will remove it a little, but I usually have to remove the color at night with my makeup remover. Some regular cleansers will not even take it off. It has superior staying power! The only downside is the gloss tends to run out before the lip color does, and I have not been able to find the gloss as a stand-alone product. You have to be careful if you use another gloss or lip balm as the topcoat because some will start to break down the color and it will not last as long. Rimmel Provocalips is kind of hard to find in stores now, so I have started buying it on Amazon. I have almost all the shades and I even mix or layer them sometimes to change them up a bit. This time I bought Rimmel Provocalips 16hr Kiss Proof Lip Colour, Summer Lovin. Summer Lovin is a good neutral to warm color for daytime. See my photos. I have it on in the photos. The first photo is Summer Lovin without the gloss and the second is with the gloss. I have a photo of Summer Lovin in the tube and I included a photo of various other colors I own. From left to right they are 750 Heart Breaker, 210 Flirty Fling, 710 Kiss Off, 430 Wish Upon a Berry, 730 Make Your Move, 440 Just Teasing, 220 Lazy Daze, 215 Summer Lovin. My favorite colors for daytime are 430 Wish Upon a Berry if I am wearing pinks or purples, and 730 Make Your Move, or 215 Summer Lovin if I am wearing reds and peachier colors. Nighttime with reds my favorite is 750 Heart Breaker. I wear Heart Breaker in the daytime too sometimes. If you want something that is a deeper raisin shade, 220 Lazy Daze is a good choice. I love this stuff! I hope they keep making it and make even more colors. It worries me that they will discontinue this product since it is hard to find in stores.

I really love this lipstick. It really lasts all day. One evening, I forgot to take this lipstick off and the next morning, the lipstick did not smudge off. Out of curiosity, I went about my day with it on just to test the longevity of it and after brushing my teeth, washing my hair and eating two meals, it's still did not budge off of my lips. I only had to retouch on the clear lipstick top coat and that was it. Very good product and worth the money.

I really like this formula and product. I now have 2 of them. This color is Kiss Fatal. Its a deep berry color and looks really nice on my neutral/cool skintone. You apply the color, let it FULLY DRY and don't press your lips tgthr. Once dried (i give it 5mins or so) apply the clear lock and shine gloss to seal the color in. I have tried sooo many other glosses on top of it but they just break down the formula and make a mess. I can't stand when my lips are dry so I am nervous im gonna use up all the clear gloss bc of so many re-applications of it thru the day. Its the only thing that works over top (so i removed 1 star bc i need the clear gloss tube to be MUCH bigger or sold separately). But the color: its so pretty. It stays ALL day, even thru eating, drinking, kissing, talking, etc etc. Great product. I just wish it had more clear gloss or that I could buy just that. If there is such a thing, I have not found it yet. Not drying to me once the gloss is applied. Prior to, yes its dry feeling, but I'd never wear it that way. I dont like matte lips on me AT ALL. I am just impressed at how well this formula stays for the price. Good formula, great price, comfortable to wear, pretty lips ALL day long with no fuss or mess. Highly recommend 👌

If you are looking for a very long wearing, NO TRANSFER lipstick ~ THIS IS FOR YOU! I can go to bed with 'the remnants from the day' left on my lips - and - wake up with it STILL on my lips! If you are a Celiac or otherwise GLUTEN FREE ~ this is also for you! I've been 100% Gluten Free since 2010 and this lipstick has been my 'Go To!" If you have those 'vertical lip lines' above your top lip ~ Well, this is also for YOU! The lipstick does not 'migrate' from your lips into those vertical lip lines! I’ve used this brand for years and get tons of complements on the color. It last and lasts. Not hard to remove with any oil based product. Doesn’t dry out your lips at all. Excellent coverage

I've tried every lipstick, lip stain, lip oil, you can think of and nothing stays on my lips. I was glad I purchased this 16 hour 2 step lip combo. It works. It has been the only one that stays on my lips for hours. I don't even need touchups. It does get a little dry during the day, so I just whip out my dandy Vaseline stick and apply some on top and I'm good to good. It's so good, I just ordered 2 more in different colors

I swear by these lipsticks-I’ve used it for years. They last really well, and are cheap and cheerful. Really nice bold red-not too blue, not too pink. Lasts well-fades a little by the evening but definitely still pigmented. Will last numerous cups of coffee and meals. Only negatives-can feel sticky for a while after application (I only use the colour, not the gloss), can stay on mugs/straws-abd then be hard to remove! can flake near end of day. A very greasy meal can fade it quicker-but that’s to be expected!! I think the formula is slightly less effective versus how it was a couple of years ago, BUT I haven’t found any better for the cost-I wear it every day.
