So I bought this for my 3 year old to use to play and watch educational apps. It took a little longer than expected to set up, it does take a while to load and it can lag, but it improved slightly after a while. He enjoys using it, and he can operate it himself. However, the worst bit is definitely the battery life. We've found we have to charge it almost every day, because the battery dies so fast when it's not being used, even when the apps are all closed down. That's my biggest complaint, otherwise it's a good little tablet for kids (and adults, although I wouldn't recommend it for adults).UPDATE - So I started to get emails from this company and they offered me either a refund or replacement as I wasn't happy which was great so I took the refund, and then I started receiving harassing emails trying to guilt trip me into either deleting the above comment or changing it to a 5 star review and lying about how amazing the tablet is. I've never had this before and so I've changed it to a 1star review because of this awful harassment. This tablet is awful, can only use it for a few hours before it's dead, it's so slow and takes forever to use apps.DO NOT BUY THIS KIDS TABLET!!!!

My son turns 7 soon and due to seeing what other have he's decided to ask for a tablet. I seen this specifically mention child's tablet so looked further in to it.They've really gone all out in designing this for kids. Firstly the case is the perfect protection it needs. The initial set up allows you to link your own email to your child's and setup up the Google parenting app allowing you to limit content, screen time and get updates on what they install.The best feature is the kids app which is preinstalled that curates content to keep kids interested and engaged. It makes sure all content is age appropriate. I've also managed to add my son to my family library so he's able to get any app or movie I've bought that's suitable for him.This should be the go to tablet for any parent, it's all brought together for you ☺️

Ordered a delivered very quickly, bought as a present for 7 year old grandson, it arrived beautifully packed, came with everything stated, 7inch multi touch tablet, blue silicon vase with stand, adaptor , micro USN cable, it as a selection of brill Apps already preloaded, camera speaker , stand , the list goes on, absolutely delighted with this my very knowledgeable partner as given this a 10 out of 10 do all in all very happy to have got exactly what we hoped for .

When it first arrives it looks very promising, but then you try to use it, and it's soo slow as soon as you put even the most basic apps on it and it can take up to 5 minutes to start up and then another 5 just to load something on youtube. Our kids just got frustrated with it. The battery life is terrible as well.

The item arrived on time which was great however I don’t rate this tablet it’s a kiddie one which is why I bought it but the screen is absolutely awful I’ve had it two days and the screen is broke it fell on the carpet and the screen smashed which I didn’t think would happen as it had its case on I would of thought the screen would of been tougher to break with it being advertised as a child tablet. I don’t rate the battery life either as my daughter watches YouTube on it and the battery drains really quick there is a built in app for kids to learn but you carnt watch the videos whilst out of the house as it needs internet so you have to download free apps to use offline. I have contacted the company and the customer service is amazing they are sending me a replacement one as the tablet comes with a 2 year free warranty I’ve given a 4star mainly for the rapid service of getting a replacement sent out to me.

Absolutely useless. Very bad battery life maximum 3 hours on YouTube, she's moving like press today move tomorrow. You will find LG Pad 8.0 who is cheaper than this **** and it's with 1 million times better.

Bought for my little boy for christmas but unfortunately it was extremely show and the touch screen was not very responsive. I was not happy as my little boy could not use it. I gave some feedback and the company kindly sent another tablet to us and were really helpful. The tablet works much better so think we must have just received a faulty one initially. Disappointing start but cannot fault the customer service to resolve this.

After spending a long time looking at a range of other tablets that are within a decent price range and have good features, I decided to buy this one for my 9 year old nephew. I have to say that I am very happy and satisfied with the product and my nephew absolutely loves it. It has a huge range of games including interactive educational games and other apps that my nephew enjoys using. The parental control feature means that you can allocate tablet usage time for your younger ones for each day so that they get just the right amount of screen time (and also means they get their homework done too!). His parents love that feature (of course ;) The camera is pretty good as well and the tablet itself is quite fast. Overall I would say I am very pleased with my purchase and am convinced that I made the right decision choosing this tablet. Definitely great value for money!!!
