This is a high quality item, I liked the side zip, it was helpful at customs for fast access. You can compress the bag, and roll top is good for squeezing more in. For one flight it was good but travel light. I would not expose it to regular hard use. It’s not bullet proof for that just because of the material but an every day laptop bag it’s is really nice. Aesthetically is a great bag and strong for normal use. The intermediate size is the best feature will take a lot but not too bad on your back! I had to travel and take a relatives bag as well so this helped.

I bought this bag as a wildlife ecologist who is constantly outside, needing to store and constantly grab many things out the bag all day long, including a laptop.The pockets/ compartments were exactly what I needed! Large side drink pouch enough for my large bottles; various loops to clip (I use carrabena clips) slip in laptop sleeve wth zip on the back of the bag makes my laptop feel so much safer (I have a 12" Thinkpad) and the net compartment in the main part of the bag is great for holding my snacks.Lastly, so waterproof! I recently went on a rockpool expedition with a group, torrential rain all day! It seems I had the most weatherproof of all. Now I comfortably put paper and notebooks compared to finding them all shrivelled and illegible from being in my old backpack (*cough* Berghaus *cough*).

Heavy,not waterproof,my computer was on the bag when it's raining,and now it's wet.Very nice

My best daily backpack so far!It's strong, there's plenty of place in it. Easy to use on a motorcycle. The chest strap holds the backpack in place and the shoulder straps and back cover are comfortable. The laptop holder could be larger. The 17-inch laptops only fit in the middle bag.I’m happy with the bag.Perfect quality, strong and comfortable!

I bought the Alpha 525 roll-top backpack in Camo a week or so ago and I am beyond pleased. Great organisation, lots of capacity and the roll top makes it really versatile. Been using on my commute and a quick weekend trip!The material feels like top quality and great to know that is sustainable as well.Would recommend this bag any day!

This bag pack will be perfect if it be completely watterproof, just the laptop compartment is. And the second thing is its interior will be red like others of their products because it is very difficult to find something. apart of that te materials are very strong and it is confortable to carry.

I had purchased the pack to be my laptop bag. I was looking for a pack that had a protective section specifically for it. The laptop section seemed well padded and I liked the taped seams making it waterproof. But unfortunately my 15 inch laptop didn't fit. If you have a MacBook or something similar in size it would be fine. My laptop is a gaming pc and therefore a little thicker. Seemed like a well built product had it fit my needs I would have kept it.

Way too small, sits weird on your back. Not worth the money.
