Vandoren SR623 Tenor Sax V.12 Reeds Strength 3; Box of 5, Black

I very much like the cut off these reeds. Thick tip, long vamp. I've played La Voz for decades. They have a cut I love, but are incredibly inconsistent. These reeds are much more consistent and play with a similar feel. The tone is a bit darker imo. Also, they run in the hard side. I've run through about 5 boxes of these. Average 3-4 good reeds, 1-2 performers. These do lack a bit brilliance on my setup compared to La Voz, but considering I get 1-3 decent reeds in a box of La Voz, and at least 3 throw aways, it's a happy compromise

Produces great tone

I haven't noticed much improvement over the Traditional. V21 beats this reed by far.

Goes great with SM614B T95 Jumbo, a glass of rum and coke, a joint and your best girl next to you.

Surpris favorablement par la facilité d'émission dans les aigus et les graves sur un saxo ténor avec un son chaud et velouté sur tous les registres sans aucune note criarde. Exactement ce que je recherche et je recommande sans hésiter ces anches V12. (force 2 1/2)

Me dedico profesionalmente a tocar el saxo y estas cañas son las que utilizo siempre.Normalmente no las compro a través de Amazon, pero vi que estaban a 9€. No podía dejar pasar semejante chollo 🤑🤑🤑
