Great Fit - low Cost
So I lent my convertible out and the borrowee blew up the engine (parts all over the highway) a month before it was due for emission testing and I was going in for reconstructive back surgery.Out comes the cover. Unfortunately the only cover I had was Budge's indoor cover (pulled off another convertible taking up the garage.) This lasted much longer than I anticipated making it through the winter and half the summer before it disintegrated under the UV rays.I went to Amazon to replace it and was delighted by the sizing tool which informed me that I had been using the wrong size cover. I used the tool to select the correct size cover rated for outdoor use. It has been on the car for 4 months and hasn't been bothered by wind or rain (including the storm that took out power for 1.2million homes) or the hood support (hood removed with the engine) or antenna. It still looks and feels brand new when I pull it back to work on the car. Before I purchased the cover I read several negative reviews. I tried drilling down and couldn't find whether the reviewers had purchased the Duro (outdoor) cover or the indoor. Since the performance of their covers was almost exactly like my indoor cover drafted into outdoor service I guessed they had purchased the (cheaper) indoor cover.I couldn't be more pleased. After the car is roadworthy again I will probably continue to use the cover to protect the paint and convertible top ($2K and $500 respectively.) Well worth the $40 or so invested.Update - Jan. 2013 - So we couldn't figure out why I wasn't healing from my earlier back surgery. It turns out I'd managed to break a vertebrae. So - more surgery on me and more car sitting and waiting for a rebuild. The $40 car cover is standing up better than my back which at this point is getting to be quite an expensive item.Halfway through the winter and the top is doing great. The elastic has loosened a little. When I noticed this I looked for and found some re-enforced eyelets so I could clip a bungee on and keep on moving. There is still enough elasticity to allow for easily pulling the front or the rear up to access the trunk or whatever.Even with the loosening of the elastic I'm sticking with five stars because for the price this thing is outperforming any reasonable expectations. I'll try to remember to do another update when we hit the year mark. Hopefully by then we'll be back to a running car.Update - July 2013 - Not to sound like a broken record but we found another broken bone so the cover is continuing to be forced into service. The cover is finally starting to show some wear. I moved the car recently and being lazy didn't remove the cover. It slipped under one of the wheels and developed a couple of tears (at the bumper and the antenna.) When it was new this same maneuver didn't induce tears. The good news is that while it has worn to the point that it will tear if stressed it is still holding together. I figure I can get another winter out of it before replacement. That will make for a solid 2 year life expectancy. Given how this one has lasted I will definitely be replacing it with the same cover.Update - Nov 2014 - The tears I introduced in 2013 have increased to the point that I have broken down and replaced the cover. I decided to upgrade to a higher quality cover from the same manufacturer. The thing that surprised me was what good shape my old torn cover is in. I was intending to put the new one on and throw the scraps of the old away. When I took the old on off I was surprised by how good it felt. I honestly think I could repair the tears and go on using this cover. I stuck in the back of the garage to keep as a spare. - For any interested the continued need for the cover does mean that more broken hardware has had to come out of my back. The broken screw count is up to three. I'm losing faith in titanium. If the new cover proves more durable than this one I'll not it here as well as starting a new review for that product.

Awesome Car Cover!
I am so impressed with this cover. I thought I would have to spend a lot of money for a car cover that would provide what I needed in a car cover. This cover exceeds what I had on my list. My Cadillac CTS is exposed to the elements 24/7. I have huge Oak Trees that hover over my drive and make a mess of my car. This is my experience with this cover. First it fits perfectly. Not too big, not too tight...perfect. It is soft and does not scratch my paint. It is sooo easy to get on and off. The best part is that it keeps my car dry even in the heaviest of rain storms. I have noticed that if moisture does make its way inside the cover after hours of rain, it doesn't take long after the storm for the cover to dry and the car looks just as good as it did prior to applying the cover. It's awesome. I am so glad I didn't pay the big bucks for a cover that can do what this cover does. The elastic keeps this cover on without have to use any ties or bungees, something I didn't what to have to deal with anyway. It is so nice to not have to worry about your expensive vehicle getting hammered from the harsh elements Southeast Texas dishes out! Well worth your money.

fits my 67 Fury convertible like a glove
Fits nicely and is a much better material than my previous Budge cover. U did step up to the better cover this time I bought the previous cover because the car was garaged but I had to exchange places with another car.The other budge I had only lasted 7 months. this one looks like it should last at least 2 years. It lasted exactly 1 year here in central Texas. it failed in 75 mph winds and 110 degree heat. I am buying again . it wore out at the fender corners. for the price it works well. I am adding additional tie down gromets so it won't blow as much

BEWARE!!! Amazon tried to send me the lite dust cover
I've used the same brand/size of car cover for about 6 years. I replace it every year or so from wear and tear, but I love this product. My most recent purchase however, did not go so smoothly. Not only was I sent a used product rolled into a ziplock bag, and shipped in a plain cardboard box. Not "original product packaging" in the item description.I was sent the wrong product entirely. Which, as it turns out; happens to be a much cheaper product. Amazon sent me a used dust cover when I ordered the triple layer cover.

Perfect Fit
When initially purchasing this product, I used Budge's tool of giving your car's make and model and it picking the correct cover. I had my doubts when the my owner's manual stated a number a couple inches longer than what was coming, but it worked perfectly. However, there isn't a quarter inch to spare, so I'd advise you to either use the tool or purchase a little larger if you want some space. In reading the other reviews, I was hesitant about this product, but found it to be exactly what I needed. I am storing my convertible in the garage and want to keep the fine dust off (a negative of living in the desert is dust gets everywhere, even inside). This product is not waterproof, so it would not work for you if you intend to keep your vehicle outside.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this cover and have purchased one for my other car to use during convertible season.

They don't make them like they used to...
Have been a loyal Budge Car Cover customer for several years...Disappointed to see the decline in quality control and the overall product construction.Received two defective covers both with seams that were not correctly heat-sealed, not properly stitched, and gaped open. The customer service team was responsive and I did receive replacement covers.

It fits!
Purchased this car cover for our 67 el camino. It's hard to find a car cover that fits cause the car is long. We thought we'd give it a try and yes, it fit and with a little extra room. The hot weather is coming so let's see how it does with the heat.

Does Exactly What It Says
Using it as a "dry" cover for my vintage MG which is parked under a porch. Works well at keeping the dust and most moisture off.

OK - wish it was softer material.
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 as I'm not crazy about the material - it is not as soft as the previous cover I was using and so I am a bit concerned about the possability of it leaving light scratch marks ont the paint. I use it as an indoor cover only so it will not be moving aroud/affected by wind moving it over the paint - but still, I would have preferred if the finish on it was softer.
