Doctor asked to stop!
I didn’t find any useful of these tablets! Doctor suggested to take only tablets that are 60000 UI weekly and VitD should not be taken daily.

Hard to find less than 1000UI. Most people should not be taking more than that. Too much will deplete calcium, not enhance. Most of us need some supplemental Vit. D3 because we are not out in the sun enough. Darker skinned people in the north of the U.S., especially. My primary care doctor said I should take 1000 UI in winter. I got tested before taking. Good value, reliable brand.
