NOT WORTH PAYING PREMIUM FOR SONY PRODUCTS
Sony does not offer services for products like earphones, headphones and many other products.....you just have just have throw it in the dust bin if it fails after warranty.....it happened to me for blue tooth earphones and also walkman....both were dead immediately after warranty was over.......in lieu of not being able to repair blue tooth earphones, they offered my a new sony product at a special price.....but the review of that product was pathetic and the special price they said was not special as retail stores in India were offering the product at same special price offered by sony....not worth paying premium to SONY products which it deserved in past.....also even if warranty is over and you take any product to their service centre, you have to give copy of invoice.....so keep all the invoices with you....

I request for service of dis item.
2yrs bck I purchased frm Sony showroom.. For 1 Yr it wrkd great. .. ND stoped working.. I gv it fr servicing.. Bt thy say ders no servicing fr dis product.. It's big loss fr me.. As it is costly product.. Sony company shd provide its service.. Nw I fear to buy other one..
