I have just installed the bulbs.1 is faulty .can i get a replacement item

Did you try switching the connecting to the ballast the other way round. The main connection will connect both ways. Sometimes it needs switching and it will light up. Also try the same bulb on the other ballast to check to make sure the ballast is not faulty rather than the bulb.

do you have h11,10000k xenon bulbs, kit+ ballasts

We have, product link: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07M91JPLT

One of the balest is faulty I’ve swapped side to side and it’s definitely the balest

This is only a budget kit, works ok but the ballast packs can fail. Contact seller for warranty
