Easy to use and great cups of coffee

A good machine and makes nice coffees, BUT a little over a year steam is flying out of the side and it’s not frothing milk. The O ring needs replacing and after speaking to Breville they do not make that as a spare part which is a total joke. I can’t see why you wouldn’t make spares for perishable parts of a machine! Now we’re left looking for a new machine and annoyed with Breville who told me to buy my own O ring
