What fabric is this wallet made of?Is it rough or smooth on the skin?

Rip-stop nylon. You can wear the pouch over neck against skin, very skin-friendly

saludos, esa cartera tiene espacio para 5 pasaportes

Sí caben 5. Yes, you could fit 5 passports in this holder in the section that closes with Velcro, and on or two more if you are not also carrying other items.

How long is the strap? (Is that measurement when it's doubled, to show how low the bag can hang?)

From the top of the strap to where it attaches to the bag is 26inches and it’s adjustable. Doubled it would be 52inches.

I have a Samsung Fold3 will it fit in a pocket when it is unfolded so larger depth? Length is 6.5 inches with depth of ~.75 inches with case.

No. My phone is 7 inches long and does not fit. I can put it in but the flap will not close over the phone.
