The range includes window alarms, entry alarms, motion alarms and personal alarms. They are easy to install and simple to operate and they each come with a manufacturer’s one year guarantee. The Friedland ML 2 Window Alarms are sensor which mounts directly onto a window. When the detect vibration associated with an attempted forced entry, the alarm will sound. There are two sensitivity settings so this can be adjusted accordingly and they come with warning stickers and self adhesive pads so no tools are required. Ok for the price
It's very small, and makes a sort of tinny high pitched beep noise on opening the door. Not used the alarm part of it yet as that is a horrible loud screech. Probably should've paid a bit more and had another, but as you can't tell the noise it makes until you get it, that could be as bad.

About as usefull as a chocolate fireguard
I installed this then tapped the window and NOTHING!. Punched the window NOTHING!. Kicked the window NOTHING!. I took another one out and did all the same, NOTHING! If you hold one in your hand and tap the back of it then it works, but when on the window as per instructions IT DOES NOT WORK! The one star is only there because you can't submit this without one. It is an absolute disgrace that this rubbish is on the market.

Window alarms
Purchased this for my brother. Pleased with product it worked well when attached to window and the alarm went off when the window was pushed from the outside. Good value for money

Most of the customer reviews and the photos are not for this product- these are windows alarms, you stick them on a window end of story-they are not chimes & they have not got a magnetic 2nd piece.Also they are not very sensitive- if a bull was to run into your window they wouldn't`t go off!

Fine.
They have a loud chime/ alarm. I found them a bit fiddly to put up as my door open outwards. Managed to stick them up eventually, and they work.

Easy to fit,does the job.
Fixed to upvc windows and door glass on all floors where extra security needed, comes with a warning sticker for each and had no problems. Batteries x 4 small cell type, alarm very loud and sounds if you tap the window sharply.
