Such good quality
This fitted perfectly on my 2008 Tundra although the bracket needed some modification. The wires plugged straight in I launch my boat in salt water and this plug gets submerged in the process. The plug is sealed with an epoxy at the back and should prevent water entering into the connections. The price is perfect.

solid product with easy installation
Damaged the old one that was hanging off the bottom of the bumper of my 07 tundra. Saw a post on here to replace the left license plate light with this and it worked amazing. Drilled 4 hole and plug in it in to the current electrical. 30 min job.

This will not fit a 2021 Tundra
This is advertised as fitting up to a 2014 model. That one is ostensibly the same as a 2021, but I'm here to tell you that Toyota removed the little grey connectors on the later model - the OEM harness is hard wired. This model Hopkins will not fit. Ended up cutting off the grey Hopkins plugs and the black Toyota side plug and soldered everything together. The external 7-pin connector itself seems very nice. Perhaps there's s different version that works better (I used the 43395)

Be a good shopper
Having broke my original harness i checked with Toyota and they wanted $335.00. Hopkins was about $27.00. The new piece plugged in just great. Did have to drill a couple holes on the bracket to attach back to the hitch. Have NOT connected to a trailer yet, but everything went together so easy don't think there will be a problem. If there has to be any you can make a lot of adjustments for the difference in price.

Correct plug-in for '07 Toyota Tundra
Used this to replace the plug-in on my '07 Toyota Tundra. I read reviews where there was some disagreement on which model is the correct one for my particular truck, but this was the correct one & a perfect fit. My trailer plug wasn't fitting tight in the truck's stock plug-in which made the trailer lights not work unless the plug was in there just right. So we decided to replace it. The swap was relatively easy to do and the trailer plug fits tight now. I like that it has the 4 way plug too. Good buy and good price!

easy hook-up
harness and wiring is great and easy to hook-up. the bracket that comes with it is cheap and not durable. I used it as a template and had a new bracket cut out of carbon steel then painted it black. It's a lot more sturdy.

Hook up for trailers
Not friendly the wires are not simple plug in place. We bought two harnesses and both we had to splice or deep in and repentant again to work.

Excellent product good quality and easy installation
I use my 2007 Toyota Tundra for snow clearing and constantly damage the trailer connector which is hung below the bumper on 2007 models. Last winter I tore it from the harness and it was never found so I went to the Toyota dealer and they wanted "My first male child" for the OEM part. I found this part online for a 2008 but no listing for a 2007 OEM part number is the same for 2007 to 2010 so I ordered it. The connector was not damaged on the truck so I cleaned it up and plugged it in. I've changed the mounting to resemble newer model Tundras by removing the drivers side license plate light and using the location for my new harness all you will need is a drill and 4 self drilling screws no other mods required.

Found defect on ground plug
Unfortunately I needed the plug and couldn't wait for the return process. Once installing, I removed the rubber cap to find the ground plug bent. I tried to straighten it and it fell off. Likely manufacture error. So when you get it home, take a quick look. Otherwise, product fits a 2008 tundra perfectly. Clip in and go. It's my second one (first one got beat up by rocks). I now have drilled a hole to fit it just left of my license plate. Simple to do - drop spare tire, get hole saw and drill it. There's a spot that is part plastic and part metal but you'll end up securing 3 of the 4 bolts through metal. If doing this plan, you'll need longer bolts - but if you're on the road and driving gravel a lot like me, it'll save you from buying another one down the road. If you're on the highway and a little bit of dirt road, just use the bracket and secure beside the hitch.

2008 Tundra , works great.
Plugs right in perfectly for my 2008 Tundra Sr5 DC with the towing package. The metal bracket for the trailer end is a little flimsy, but it works well enough.
