This is the best of the portable waterpik-type devices. Easy to use, long battery life, not as small as some (not ideal for traveling), powerful (as in keep your tongue out of the way powerful). I am thrilled with the device, having spent beaucoup bucks on periodontal surgery and needing to maintain the health of my gums and keep stuff out of my food traps.I love being able to use it in the shower. I end up using the water pik more consistently than when I used a plug-in device.Until about 2 month into using it... I felt a decrease in power of the stream. I plugged it in and recharged it, just to see if that would make a difference. Nope. Then I wondered if it was possible I was imagining the change, so I ordered the same unit again and I can now attest that it definitely lost power and didn't clean out my pockets completely like it did when I first got it.I am happy to report that I contacted the company and they promptly and cheerfully refunded my purchase price.You can't go wrong with this device. It's been essential in healing my gums.

I’ve been searching water flosser for a long time. I want it to be easy to use at home and good for travel. One day I saw HAUEA in my friend's home, it looks fashion and there are 5 cleaning modes so I bought an identical one. I have tried for a week. It works very well.The product includes 6 multifunctional jet tips. Before brushing tooth, I use classic jet tips to clean my crevice and plaque, it can remove all residue between my tooth and is better then dental floss.Then I use Toothbrush head, it works with water floosing so I can feel 100% clean. At last, I use tongue brush to help clean the tongue coating. My teeth are sensitive so I always use the warm water with mouth wash and choose level 2 mode with classic jet tip to clean it. I feel really comfortable using it.It can certainly replace my class tooth brush. I'm very happy this set with travel bag that I can take it whenever and wherever I travel.

I recommend if you don't like flossing this will make it easier, it's not really comfortable using especially when u just start out but I have been using it a few months now and it beat flossing 100%.I move from flossing "whenever" to every single night.

I really do like this little portable WaterPik I do wish though that the buttons for power and water force were set up differently. I do end up hitting it for higher settings in the middle of use besides that nice WaterPik for the price and doesn’t take up a whole lot of space on my small bathroom sink

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve had this for about 30 days and it is now leaking water all over my counter. This is with only about 1 mm of water in the bottom after I’ve used it because you can’t completely empty it after each use and the leak is at the very bottom. My husband was not happy when he set his shirt in a puddle of water this morning. It also leaks down my arm when I tried to use it. You can see in the video I attached that it’s a very slow leak. However, considering what I paid for it, it would’ve been nice to have it last longer than 30 days. Hopefully the company will reach out to me since it’s only four days past my return window today. I’ll let you know and update my review if they do.As for the item itself, I would have given 5 stars if it didn’t leak. It really did clean well and the attachments and carry bag are great. It’s just not worth only 30 days of use.

I would always get the reminder to floss more at every dental visit. After some dental surgery, my dentist recommended getting a water flosser. After buying one of these and keeping it in the shower, I flossed every day and the splatters didn't matter in the shower. The battery lasts two weeks between charges. I recently had my first dentist visit in years without being shamed over the state of my gums. I've had it now around 8 months and still love it.

only con about this is that it is a little awkward to hold while using. its a little heavy filled with water to manipulate. but overall a great travel piece!
