Bought this Book from ASQ (American Society for Quality) because as a member of ASQ I get a discount. The book is well organized and has an Acronym list and Glossary. This book helped me pass the CSQP (Certified Supplier Quality professional ) exam given by ASQ, It is better than the Primer offered by the Quality Council of Indiana but it has no sample exam questions to test your knowledge of the various section. Minus 1 star for not having sample exam question, however would recommend you buy and keep as a reference in your Professional career.

Pro: This book provides essential guide focuses on Supplier Quality Management. There is no other reference material as close as this book that provide guidelines to manage supplier.Cons: The material has in depth focus on strategy to manage supplier but lack of strong example to illustrate a concept in a chapter. Also, CSQP is an open book examination and please do not expect to get answer from the book. It is best to rely on past working experience and CSQP study guide to pass the exam.

The book is useful for the intended subject as well as general quality management tool as well. This covers the subject briefly and to the point.The Print quality should have been better; in terms of font sharpness.
