Quality and sleek design
Ideal and sleek convenient steel water jug design like it. What I dislike ,Pouring nozzle need to be-improved only one big hole inside can’t regulate flow of water when pouring .Neelam should re design smaller holes. For uniform flow.

The jug first came without a lid, had to wait for a week for it to get replaced. Now replacement is leaking. I used to think neelam is a reputed brand have seen it since childhood but very disappointed
