Great value!
I looked at reviews before buying these and I don't understand how this product got such a bad review. They smell great and they are way better than moth balls! I didn't need to sand the balls, but I will when/if they need it! I would buy again.

sandpaper important
Using them all over my house while gone for 3 weeks - did not realize till I just read here on this review there was sandpaper in the package - the scent was not as sharp and sanding them a bit would have made a difference - left them on windowsills and around some baseboards and in kitchen to keep out mice, water bugs and hopefully spiders that can have a field day without my vacuuming every few days. Using Cedar blocks have worked in the past - these are smaller but many more to a package

Easy to Fit Anywhere You Need
I'm struggling with a moth problem and I have several pieces of taxidermy. The balls were the perfect size to place in my taxidermied animals' ears. I haven't seen any evidence of activity on my taxidermy since placement of the balls. I also placed them in my drawers and haven't had any new holes in clothing. I don't think it necessarily keeps them away like kryptonite or anything, but seems to dissuade them from having babies in that area and those are the little critters that eat up your stuff, so that has been quite helpful.

Did not repel silverfish
Smelled decent and good size, but did not repel the silverfish. In fact, when I went to check on it, I found a large silverfish in the same container as the cedar ball.

Exactly what was promised
These cedar balls are very aromatic and the sellers include a piece of sandpaper to refresh them when needed. Perfect!!! I'm ordering more to give as "stocking stuffers" at Christmas.

Smells amazing!
Love this product! Smells great! Easy reusable bag makes it easy to just leave them in the bag and place wherever. I love that the sandpaper was also in there to be able to freshen the scent when need to. Did I mention it smells great?! Way better than traditional moth balls. I’ll be ordering some more real soon!

Not worth it
There is no scent. The 2 inch piece of sandpaper they added did nothing to refresh scent. My cats bat the little balls around. Useless in closets. Back to mothballs

Repels Moths and Smells Good
in an attempt to naturally rid our house of moths, I bought these and cedar oil. Smells great and works.
