great valves, oem replacements, has my power washer pump working perfectly again.

I own a 2013 model Troy Bilt XP series 3000 pressure washer, with the Honda GCV 190 engine, maintained it pretty well, but as time went by, the pressure made a noticable drop in the last two uses, I ordered these valves, and in addition to replacing these valves, I also drained and service the pump with fresh gear oil, cleaned the ball check valves in the head, and also serviced the engine, fresh oil, air filter, cleaned the inline gas screen in the tank, and shot carb cleaner through the carb, and new spark plug. the old check valves came out pretty easy, which I understand is a rarity, and definitely needed replacement, the springs were collapsed. Started up, and the pressure was back to as new, and running great. While the engine servicing was not a factor in the pressure, I would suggest that if you are changing the valves, take 10 more minutes and service the pump, to keep its service life up as well. Overall, am so far very pleased with the quality of the valves, sturdy, and popped in with no issues. Great product, thank you! Bill

Rebuilding my pump and needed (6) valves. Each valve cage contains cage, spring, poppet, and seat. Loss of pressure is a sure sign of valve leakage - complete rebuild needed. Parts shipped quickly and very reasonably priced. Some frustration getting old valve seats out but after making a tool from spring steel, removals possible. De-liming of valve body before replacing new valve kit recommended along with lubricating "o" rings. Crankcase oil should be replaced at the same time as the water seals also. Will definitely buy from this business again.

make sure this fits your application because this is what happen to me. it looked identical to the one i was replacing when i got it it was slightly bigger, when i returned it i was offered an exchange to a similar product the exchange product that i received for the same supplier was identical, on was double the money because it looked it was made better two deferent part numbers. the exchange part is not returnable. amazon gave half the money back at the end. if their was dimension's ;on the product this were not happen.

I'm giving this 5 stars because they worked and were of good quality, but save yourself some work and just buy a new pump if it's less than $70 like mine would have been. Cleaning out all the deposits and old valve fragments is tidious and a pain. If you insist, soak the pump in vinegar or clr for awhile or something to dissolve the mineral deposits.

Absolutely worth the extra expense!! Company should put these in the machine as stock. I would pay more up front to not have to mess with replacing valves. Went through 2 sets of the plastic valves that are sold as replacements before finding these. The plastic valves lasted about 10 minutes after being replaced. These have been in for about 3 weeks now and are doing great after hours of run time. Don't waste your money on the plastic ones. They will fail.

sceptable of fitment at purchase. arrived and perfect fit, so far after 2.hrs of use no issues at all. was using mostly for cleaning vehicle at lower pressure. turned up pressure to remove grease and oil off of tractor and blew out valves. pressure washer is rated up to 2300 psi.

Got my customer's pressure washer back up and operational. AR would not sell parts to me directly, sent me a list of a ton of Canadian dealers and each one I called seemed hesitant to sell parts to me. I gave up after I was quoted $37 to ship these tiny little things. Last ditch, I thought I'd check Amazon and there they were. Pleased with the product and the price.
