So far seems to help with back pain when lying down.

I bought this after a medical procedure to reduce pressure on the area. Decent price. The memory foam could be a bit firmer but overall comfortable and easy to use. Helps with spinal alignment in side sleepers and reduce pressure areas. The memory foam does smell so don’t be surprised by this (as most memory foam does when new). Overall a decent knee pillow.

Well made and very fit for purpose. The pillow is well designed and very comfortable to use.

It works ok however I find it a little small. Sometimes you feel like you are teetering on the pillow. May be suited better to skinny thighs but not with a bit of muscle to them. Perfect for a frail old widow

My sylvie has had saw knees...bad back and very uncomfortable sleep for over 6 months...this pillow keeps her straight and comfortable...the pillow is sturdy and well made....has not had a bad nights sleep since using the pillow...about a month now

I purchased this for my partner. She’s a side sleeper and has been suffering with lower back pain.Out mattress isn’t old so figured it shouldn’t be that. After some reading, leg alignment for side sleepers can cause lower back pain.After just the first night with this pillow she reported an improvement with her back. And now after a couple of weeks she has stop complaining of back pain in the mornings.Easy to recommend on this basis.The only downside, in the summer months this is likely to make her feel warm or possibly too warm. She’s someone that likes to be cozy and feels the cold. With the current climate, she’s loving the extra warmth she feels from having this memory foam pillow sandwiched just above her knees. Something to keep in mind if you are not so cold temperature sensitive and more likely to get too hot.5/5 for the purpose I purchased it for.

It works until it falls out of position it needs a strap so you can fix it to one leg

This pillow has been amazing. I was getting such bad pains down my legs and in my bum at night every night. Started using this and now I can go all night without being woken up by aches.
