My doctor recommended this for me for my lack of energy and the increased stress caused by perimenopause. I have been on it since February and noticed more energy and less stress. It may not work for everyone, but it is worth the try.

It is still a little bit early to tell much about this product because I have only taken it for one week (as 1 capsule in the morning with breakfast). I had to stop taking it because my general low-grade anxiety cranked up to severe level anxiety, causing shortness of breath and trouble sleeping. I was taking other supplements at the time, too, so I cannot be sure if it was this product. However I read that rhodiola rosea can cause anxiety in some users. I will try it again at some point and update my review, but for now I’m giving it 3 stars for my level of uncertainty.

Love this product! I really feel a difference when taking it!

My naturopath suggested I take this for adrenal fatigue. I have been taking it a few weeks and can tell slight improvement with overall energy. I will keep taking because I know it won’t fix things overnight. I would recommend only taking early in the day as if you take to late in the afternoon you will have trouble sleeping. That within itself says it’s working to combat daytime fatigue.

When I started I bruised over and over with minor pressure. Stopped and bruising stopped too. I guess it’s just me
