So I was in the market to replace my computer chair - which started life as a hand-me-down, which was later replaced with another hand-me-down. As you might guess neither of these were terribly good, but they were better than nothing and apart from being grateful to use them, they set the stage for my quest to find a suitable chair for my own needs and enjoyment.I helped by Broseph find a chair replacement first, as he had back problems and couldn't fit much of anything in his small, roadster car. So, the 2001 Mustang GT I had doubled as a pickup truck for this chair, and other odd things like 4x4x8' boards from Home Depot. I mention this because my bud got the typical office executive chair thing and it fit his needs perfectly. It was comfortable, high-backed, and since we got it at a brick and mortar store (Office Depot), he could pick out the one that he liked best.Naturally, this is what I was considering for myself in my own search for a replacement chair. Enter being made aware of "gamer chairs" through the YouTubes and things like that. At first I was rather skeptical - I mean, why do I need a chair that looks like it came out of a California Speed arcade booth a la Atari?Plus, I'm 6'1", ~230 lbs. In researching a lot of these chairs, I was finding they had MAX weight limits of 200lbs, and sometimes lower. Clearly, they were not made for an ADULT. Top that with an incestuous web of knock-off companies that all seem to be producing the same product just with different branding and I wasn't too impressed with my options. Thankfully, I found Linus Tech Tips video reviewing a few gaming chairs, the Omega GT being one of them.Now, Linus didn't exactly give glowing reviews there, but being a free willed individual with my own agency, decision making, and intelligence, I found that the things he/ they complained about were laughably minor.Their points were:1) Too difficult to put together. a. My experience? This is a non-issue. If you just look at the picture on the box you can see how it is supposed to go together. All the fasteners are robust, quality, and most importantly - everything was included (including your own allen key wrenches for assembly). What you need to provide - a phillips head screwdriver for two screws. Not that hard people.2) Theirs, which was specifically embroidered with their logo and given to them free of charge, was missing one of the hinge covers. And Omega over-nighted the missing one to them. But the complaint is that it wasn't there to begin with. a. So, sure - it is the little things that matter. Attention to detail, quality control, etc. But, I can only imagine that for such a one-off production there was added complexity to their otherwise established manufacturing process. But, again - this is NOT A PROBLEM with their entire production line.3) The chair wings. a. So, you know you are buying a chair with Ferrari-esque lines and styling. They knew they were getting a chair with said lines and styling. Heck, the chair they raved about has the same lines and styling. Using this chair for myself - and I am pretty confident I have wider shoulders than LTT's reviewer - the wings are FINE. They don't interfere with any ergos you might think they could.And essentially - that was it; that was the only things they had problems with about this chair. Just to frame this for perspective: the option they favored was literally a $700.00 chair (or would have been, for my particular size/ weight requirements) - that they also got for free.Now, I'm sure there are things that could be improved about this chair, things that in some measurable sense would qualify it as "better" than it currently is. But I will confidently say that improving these things would be transparent to the user. As is, the Omega GT and EVO chairs are outstanding chairs for REAL, full-sized people (and yes, will be great for the adolescent varieties as well). The lumbar support and neck pillows are very well appointed, and while they took a little getting use to (never had a chair with things like this) they work very well and vastly improve the sitting experience. DX Racer chairs would have been too small for me on the whole, and the one that isn't is $100 more expensive than this one. So - it was an easy choice for an excellent product.If you are on the fence about what kind of chair like this will be good to you - I'm not telling you what to buy - but I AM telling you I bought this one - and it rocks.

This chair is fantastic! Great quality, easy to put togeather yourself if you so choose. We bought one in green first for my son last year for his Bday and my husband liked it so much he bought this one for himself for his office at work. Love it!!

I have had this chair for a few days and I love it! The assembly was easy as the company put a booklet in the package with pictures. The comfort is great and I have been doing 10 hour gaming sessions during this pandemic and my butt never gets fatigue or sore. The head pillow is over rated but I am glad they gave you the option to have one though it is not the most comfortable. The lumbar support pillion is not that comfortable either but it is great because it helps you sit up straighter depending how you position it and can really help with some back pressure points that hurt during long gaming sessions. The armrests are so cool since the go forward and back, side to side, and turn left and right. Gives you so much levels of movement and adjustments for the best arm positions. One downside is the armrest cushion is on the firm side and I wish there was a softer material there but no big deal. Chair spins beautifully and the leaning back is great too. Very satisfied overall. If you want a great high end chair but do not want to blow 400+ then this is the way to go.

To start off, I had a little problem when it arrived... the WRONG COLOR chair was shipped from the warehouse. I didn't feel like going though a return process with this bulky item, so I contacted the company....... let me tell you, they have great customer support! We worked out a compromise and I am satisfied on how it all turned out.As for the chair, it is not the most comfortable (like soft and cushioned) but the thing is that it will be better for physical health in the long run. This chair actually makes you want to sit properly. I don't slouch at all anymore when sitting at my desk thanks to this. It really is an Indy car seat on caster wheels with armrests.Lots of adjustments can be made to fit each needs, along with small pillows for more lumbar support. I'm 6'0" and 180 lbs and fits me nicely with room to spare.

Got the chair thinking it would be worth every penny, not so much. After my first sit on the chair it felt comfortable but I could feel and hear many problems with the chair making it feel like it would break any second.

This chair is solid, very well built, assembly was a breeze as they have pre installed bolts you just unscrew and re screw. very comfortable and adjustable. im very happy with the chair.

Der Stuhl kommt sehr hochwertig daher, und ist auch absolut bequem zum drin sitzen. Hat für einen normal gebauten Menschen (175cm/75kg) wie ich finde perfekte Abmessungen. Leider gibt es zwei Dinge, die ich bemängeln kann: Zum einen braucht man die Verstellung auf 180° meiner Meinung nach nicht, es fühlt sich ziemlich gefährlich an den Stuhl so flach einzustellen (er ist aber trotzdem stabil, ist nur mein Gefühl).Und zum Anderen, und das hätte ich nicht gedacht, es fehlt mir die Fußablage, die viele andere Gaming-Chairs haben. Hatte diesen bestellt, weil ich dachte, das mit dem Füsse hochlegen ist nur ein Gimmick, aber am Ende war es toll und wird viel genutzt. So wurde es dann doch ein anderer Stuhl bei mir, der zwar nicht so hochwertig scheint (Allein der Standfuß aus Metall war viel besser als bei dem anderen) und auch von den Abmessungen eher zu groß ist, aber eben eine Fussablage hat und auch sonst ähnlich komfortabel ist.Wer aber die Füsse nicht hochlegen muss, dem kann ich den Stuhl nur empfehlen. Es war tatsächlich auch eine Wonne, wie einfach er sich wieder auseinanderbauen ließ, das wäre bei dem anderen sicher schwieriger geworden.

J'en avais marre de ces fauteuils de bureaux achetés en magasin une centaine d'euros, inconfortable et la durée de vie trop courte. C'est pour cela que j'ai investi dans ce fauteuil.En parlant de durée de vie, voilà maintenant presque 1 ans (10 mois exactement lorsque j'écris ce commentaire) que j'utilise ce fauteuil et hormis quelques rayures accidentelles sur le plastique il est comme neuf (voir photo) !Au niveau du confort je peux rester 2-3 H sans gêne, au delà j'ai du mal, mais je ne connais aucun fauteuil capable de faire mieux excepté ceux de la salle de cinéma ^^ En parlant de confort je ne comprends pas l'utilité du cousin pour la tête (que j'ai enlevé, c'est pour cela qu'il n'est pas visible sur la photo), car la position de celui-ci, au niveau des deux encoches (là où dans un vrai siège de course il y passe le harnais) ce retrouve au niveau de votre nuque voir de vos omoplates, la tête reposant plus au niveau du logo "GT Omega Racing" lorsque l'on est avachie et plus haut encore lorsque l'on se tient droit. Je fais 1 m 75 et inutile de dire que si vous faites 1 m 90 et plus, vous n'aurais pas la possibilité de reposer votre tête sur ce siège.Le dessous de siège est suspendue avec des lanières, pas de bois comme sur les sièges de magasin dont je fessais mention tout à l'heure, ce qui me laisse croire qu'il peut encore endurer plusieurs années.Bref, c'est un investissement, mais un bon investissement.

Great chair. Assembly was fairly simple. It's quite a substantial beast when built. Good quality castors roll smoothly and quietly around. I did away with the lumbar support and the neck support cushion as I felt they put me in an uncomfortable position. This is a very comfortable chair with lots of adjustment and it even goes virtually to horizontal but you have to watch out for tipping because it's right on the cusp at that inclination. The arms are nice and have a fair bit of adjustment and importantly they go low enough for me to slide the chair under my desk when I need it out of the way. The girlfriend thinks it's a bit flash but it's not for her is it?I think real leather would have been a nice choice for this chair though I'm sure it would have pushed the price up for what is an already moderately expensive chair, well at least I think it is. It's the most I've ever paid for a chair by some margin. So I was a bit nervous after I took the plunge and purchased it. And I had pangs of buyers regret before it got delivered but once I'd got the chair up and running my doubts just melted away and I knew I'd made a good choice. Hopefully this will keep me going for a good few years.
