Highly recommend! The quality is incredibly nice, very sturdy and also easy to use. My girl loves the way it helps pull her legs up. She said she liked the feeling stretching with it and it really good for her flexibility.

I had to replace the ring with something else stronger from Lowes because it broke after the 2nd day. Other than that it's a good product.

This stretching equipment is incredibly easy to use just as long as you maintain a safe, yet comfortable balance. If you have a limited free time and want to start streatching i would 10/10 recommend. It’s very durable, perfect size for me with ADJUSTABLE ROPE BTW!! like what more would you ask for; it’s worth the value it’s sells for! I’m a happy buyer:)

Takes a bit of muscle to pull with your arms but a little strength training can be good! Nice way to stretch vertically if you don't want to get down on the floor. Can help you practice needle or other standing poses. Sturdy and easy to use simple design. Make sure your door is tall enough for you

It works great for stretching

Ok I was on the fence about buying this... I am SO glad that I did! Installation is literally as easy as tossing one end over the door and closing it. I weigh 156lbs and I put my full weight on it and leaned forward, it held me just fine. This is going to be so great for regaining range on motion in my left leg after healing from sciatica! If you're on the fence, get it!

Works great however, you must be sure your door is sturdy enough. Also if there were more padding where your ankle goes it would be a lot more comfortable
