This 14-gauge speaker cable features a thick neoprene jacket, pure copper conductors, and jumbo 1/4 in. connectors for more demanding speaker runs. Stop using your inferior instrument patch cable for power amp requirements.

Questionable value
This cable gives me what I asked for: a fairly large diameter, short length speaker cable with 1/4" jacks. The soldering seems O.K., but the "fit and finish" is certainly nothing to get excited about. It's just basic cable. What does bother me is that, of all the 1/4" jacks I've used over the years, these, for some reason, do not feel as though they provide a positive "lock" when plugged into a female jack. They don't snap into place and they don't feel like they would necessarily stay in place by themselves. Overall, not that great a product, even at a fairly economical price. I bought a 5' cable from Live Wire (called the 'Elite') for $5 more that I feel is much higher quality.

Item did have a few stray strands visible after unthreading the cover on the 1/4" plugs. It's thick, appears solid. Sounds like it should for a cheap cable.

Exceptional functionality at a great price.
It was a spare I bought that saved our bacon just the other night at a gig. Worked perfectly. Nice heavy duty cable at reasonable price.
